• Email address and password (for account creation)
• Workspace name and WhatsApp number (for notifications)
• Reservation data you enter (guest names, dates, prices)
• iCal URLs for Airbnb and Booking.com sync

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To send WhatsApp notifications about your reservations
• To sync your calendars with Airbnb and Booking.com
• To process payments through Paddle

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Twilio — WhatsApp notifications
• Paddle — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting

5. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@getrezify.com.
