1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rezify ("the Service") at getrezify.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rezify is a property management software (SaaS) designed for short-term rental hosts in the MENA region. The Service includes reservation management, calendar sync, financial tracking, and WhatsApp notifications.

3. Subscription Plans

Rezify offers the following plans:

• Starter: Free, up to 2 units, no channel sync.
• Pro: $5/unit/month, unlimited units, no channel sync.
• Business: $12/unit/month, unlimited units, full channel sync.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rezify is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including data loss, double bookings, or missed reservations.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
